Spearmint is a variety of mint native to Europe and Asia.  It has a mellower taste than peppermint with a light fruitiness.  It is popular in gums and candies.

Our concentrated flavors are four times stronger than our baking extracts.  They are specially formulated for flavoring beverages.

Iced Tea: 2-4 drops for a large (16-20 oz) glass
Water: 2-4 drops per large glass
Hot Tea: 2-3 drops per cup
Coffee: 2-3 drops per cup

Please note that these flavors do not add sweetness or tartness to beverages.  A small amount of sweetener will enhance the flavors.
